The purpose of this research was to determine the effect Alpinia galanga extract for seminiferous tubular epithelial thickness, and diameter mice induced lead acetate. This study experimental, 25 male (Mus musculus) strain Balb/C with average arround 30 gram were divided into 5 groups in a completely randomized design different treatments 24 days. negative control group C (-) given CMC-NA, positive C(+) CMC-NA + acetate, P1, P2, P3 galangal 200, 400, 800 mg/kgBB Mice sacrificed at predetermined time then histopathological preparations testicular organs made thickness tubule diameter. Data analysis used ANOVA test continued LSD test. result administration showed an increase significantly by three treatment against (+) (p<0.05). P2 which 200 mg/kgBw/day is most effective prevent (59.83 ± 0.48; p<0.05) tubules (180.89 0.85; because not from where (59.64 1.83; (180.71 1.37; CMC- NA 0.2 ml/day.
